Background Information on Regression Therapy
Regression therapy, which I like to call soul exploration, invites you to perceive your inner experience more consciously. In doing so, we turn to earlier inner experiences – images, feelings, and memories – that are still effective today and may show up, for example, as fears, phobias, anger, inner blockages, or recurring patterns.
A regression (soul exploration) is a guided form of regression. You are in a state of deep relaxation and focused attention – similar to meditation or daydreaming. You remain responsive at all times and retain control at every moment over what you wish to share. At the end, you are gently and consciously guided back into your everyday state.

Drawing on the depth psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, I understand inner images as the symbolic language of the soul, which can provide important clues to unconscious processes. What matters is not whether what is experienced is “provable” in an external sense, but what inner meaning it holds and what insights you gain from it for yourself.
After regression experiences, people often report clearer self-perception, emotional insights, recognizing recurring patterns, new perspectives on personal issues, and a sense of inner relief. In many cases, issues such as fear or unexplained anger can be significantly resolved in a single session, or at least noticeably reduced.
Regression / soul exploration is a form of self-exploration and personal development and can accompany you on your path toward greater awareness, inner peace, and vitality. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but it can complement it in a meaningful way.
